We have a skilled and experienced staff team, passionate about the care and recovery of the service users. Focus is on providing a quality service, our support workers are trained and motivated to deliver the highest standard of support to service users on their journey of recovery.

The staff team are selected for their empathy and compassion as well as for their individual qualifications. Staff members are NVQ trained in social care and are motivated to deliver a person-centred support package with best possible outcomes.

All mandatory training is undertaken by the staff team who come to the service from a range of backgrounds and experiences. ML Homes promotes personal development and the team includes individuals with NVQ qualifications, whilst others are working towards the award. In-house seminars are delivered as part of the on-going training to develop the knowledge and skill sets of the staff team.

All staff receive supervision and receive on-going training relevant to their role. These include Emergency First Aid, Food and Hygiene, COSHH, RIDDOR, Safeguarding, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Fire Safety.

We recognise the importance of a strong and skilled team of individuals and how this facilitates the recovery of the service users.
